See what’s included in the WWF Green Office joining and annual fees. You can find the price list for offices of different sizes below.
Joining fee
You will be asked to pay the joining fee once you have signed the Green Office contract. The joining fee is paid only once. The amount of the joining fee is based on the number of employees at your office. If several offices from your organisation join at the same time, the joining fee is calculated based on the number of employees at the largest office.
The joining fee includes:
- User rights to the Green Office systems
- Workshops and introductory training
- The WWF Green Office certification process for the office
- Green Office events, such as networking and volunteering events
- Guides and tips for daily environmental work
- Materials for internal sustainability communications
- Regular newsletters

You can run a pilot of the WWF Green Office environmental management system at your head office and then expand it to cover your other offices later on.
The annual fee is due once the office has been granted the Green Office certificate, and once per year thereafter. In addition to the number of employees, the annual fee is affected by the number of an organisation’s offices included in Green Office.
The annual fee of WWF Green Office is also used to support WWF’s international nature conservation work to mitigate climate change and secure biodiversity.
The annual fee includes:
- User rights to the Green Office systems
- The right to use the WWF Green Office certificate and logo
- Green Office events, such as networking and volunteering events
- An inspection of the office’s environmental management system every three years
- Guides and tips to support your environmental work
- Materials for internal and external communications on sustainability
- Regular newsletters
