Green Office includes a model that you can use to build a suitable environmental management system for your organisation. The system helps your workplace to reduce its carbon footprint and use natural resources sustainably. It is built and managed through the My Green Office service.

The experts at WWF are professionals of corporate responsibility, environmental leadership, environmental protection and sustainability communications.

We will help you succeed, no matter what your own level of expertise is. The only thing you need is a will to act sustainably.

My Green Office is your most important tool, as the online service includes a collection of all necessary materials. My Green Office enables you to create an environmental management system for your workplace: you can survey your current situation, create an annual environmental programme and monitor your results.

With the Climate Calculator, you can measure carbon dioxide emissions generated at your workplace from e.g. energy consumption, travel, paper consumption, purchases and waste. With the calculator, you can compile a database of all the emissions generated by your office and easily keep track of their developments. In addition, you will receive an annual summary of the results of the entire Green Office network, allowing you to compare your own results with the average results of your own sector.

The Consumer Habit Questionnaire can be used by each employee to quickly find out the environmental impacts of their own habits. You will receive an annual summary of your work community’s results and those of the entire Green Office network. With the results, you can assess, monitor and promote the environmental awareness of the work community.

An environmental certificate demonstrates that your workplace is sustainable. For the Green Office certificate, we will audit your office’s environmental management system once it has been built and once every three years thereafter.

The internationally recognised panda logo increases credibility and reliability, allowing you to communicate your sustainability to your customers, stakeholders and work community.

Your organisation will receive a set of diverse communications materials, such as images, posters, petitions, instructions, guides and questionnaires that you can use to engage the employees and the management to environmental work. We publish new campaign materials on different Green Office themes regularly.

Would you like to broaden your networks and hear more about how things are done in other companies? We organise network meetings and workshops so you can keep up-to-date on sustainability matters. You can meet with WWF experts and exchange ideas with the members of other Green Offices. At volunteering events, you can do hands-on nature conservation work together with your colleagues and the rest of the Green Office network. The outdoor events are especially great for company recreation days.
